Ingredients
1 lb Italian sausage
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 red bell pepper, diced
1/4 cup diced onion
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
Salt and pepper to taste
1 can refrigerated pizza dough
3/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
Directions
In a very large, lidded container, combine water , yeast and salt. It’s okay if it doesn’t totally dissolve. Mix in the flour in stages, and stir completely. Cover with a lid and let rise at room temperature for 2 hours. Then, refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
