Ingredients
1 lb spaghetti
2 tablespoons olive oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 anchovy fillets, chopped
1/4 cup capers, drained and rinsed
1/2 cup pitted Kalamata olives, halved
1 can diced tomatoes with juice
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley leaves
Directions
In a medium skillet, combine 4 tablespoons oil, garlic, anchovies, and red pepper flakes. Cook over medium heat until garlic is very lightly golden, about 5 minutes. Add capers and olives and stir to combine.
