2 sheets of puff pastry, thawed

2 cups fresh or frozen peaches, diced

1/2 cup walnuts, chopped

1/4 cup brown sugar

2 tablespoons all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg

2 tablespoons butter, melted

2 tablespoons honey

1 egg, beaten

Directions

Adjust oven rack to middle position and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
