Ingredients
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 large onion, chopped
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 pounds frog legs, cleaned and cut into 1-inch pieces
2 cups chicken broth
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon dried oregano
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Directions
Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic and cook until softened, about 5 minutes. Add the frog legs and cook for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add the parsley, oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper and stir to combine. Simmer for an additional 10 minutes or until the frog legs are cooked through and tender. Serve hot with crusty bread or over rice if desired. Enjoy!.
