Ingredients
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons garlic powder
2 teaspoons onion powder
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon ground cumin
Salt and pepper to taste
Vegetable oil for frying
Directions
Bring a large pot of water to boil. Add the ears and let boil for 2 or 3 minutes to get rid of some of the impurities. Remove the ears from the pot and set aside.
