Ingredients
2 cups heavy cream
1 cup whole milk
1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon almond extract
Blue food coloring
Directions
In a medium bowl, whisk together the sugar, milk, cream, almond extract and vanilla extract until the sugar is dissolved. If desired, add a few drops of blue food coloring to the mixture and stir until evenly distributed. Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and freeze according to manufacturers instructions. Once frozen, transfer the ice cream to an airtight container and store in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
