8 ounces sharp cheddar cheese, grated

4 ounces cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup mayonnaise

2 tablespoons diced pimentos, drained

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

1/4 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste
