Ingredients
4 cups apple cider vinegar
2 cups sugar
1/2 cup honey
1/4 cup lime juice
2 tablespoons pickling spice
2 teaspoons kosher salt
6 jalapeño peppers, seeded and chopped
3 tablespoons pectin powder
Directions
Process peppers in a food processor for 1 minute or until almost smooth, stopping to scrape down sides.
