Ingredients
2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
1 large onion, chopped
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 bunches collard greens, stems removed and leaves roughly chopped
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
1/2 cup chicken broth or vegetable broth
Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
Directions
Heat butter in a large sauté pan set over medium-high heat until it foams. Add bacon and sauté until it starts to brown.
