Ingredients
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
2 tablespoons grated lemon zest
1 prepared graham cracker crust
1 cup heavy cream, whipped
Directions
In a medium bowl, combine the whipped cream and lemon zest. In a separate bowl, mix together the lemon juice and condensed milk until smooth. Pour the mixture into the graham cracker crust and spread evenly. Top with the whipped cream/lemon zest mixture and spread evenly over the top of the pie. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving. Enjoy!.
