Ingredients
2.5 lbs Light Dry Malt Extract
1 lb Caramel/Crystal Malt
1 oz Cascade Hops
1 oz Centennial Hops
1 oz Willamette Hops
1 packet of American Ale Yeast
Priming Sugar for Bottling
Directions
Tie the American 6-row malt and Crystal 20L malt in a mesh hop-bag. Heat 1 gallon of water in a large pot to 160 degrees F and remove from heat. Add malt and let steep for 20 minutes.
