Tuna Poke (Hawaiian Raw-Tuna Salad) Recipe

How to make?
1 lb sushi grade tuna, diced into small cubes
2 tablespoons sesame oil
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons rice vinegar
1 teaspoon sesame seeds
1/2 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
1/4 cup diced green onions
1 tablespoon chopped macadamia nuts or toasted sesame seeds
Salt and pepper to taste
Place wakame and hijiki in separate small bowls. Cover with boiling water and let rest until rehydrated and tender, about 5 minutes. Drain and press with paper towels. Roughly chop wakame. Add wakame and hijiki to a large bowl.
