Quick Pickled Radishes Recipe

How to make?
Ingredients
1 bunch of radishes, trimmed and thinly sliced
1/2 cup white vinegar
1/4 cup water
2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black peppercorns
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
Directions
In a small saucepan, combine the red pepper flakes , black peppercorns, salt, sugar, water and vinegar. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Once boiling, reduce the heat to low and simmer for 5 minutes. Place the sliced radishes in a bowl or jar and pour the hot liquid over them. Let cool to room temperature before serving or storing in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks. Enjoy!.
