Baked Gochujang Chicken Wings

2 pounds chicken wings
1/4 cup gochujang
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon sesame oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
Salt and pepper to taste
Sesame seeds for garnish
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F . Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside. In a small bowl, mix together the ginger, garlic, sesame oil, soy sauce, honey and gochujang until combined. Place the chicken wings in a large bowl and pour the marinade over them. Toss to coat evenly. Let sit for 15 minutes or up to overnight in the refrigerator if desired. Place the chicken wings on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes or until cooked through and golden brown. Flip halfway through cooking time for even cooking. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and season with salt and pepper to taste before serving. Enjoy!.
