Ingredients
1 1/2 pounds skirt steak
1 red bell pepper, sliced into strips
1 green bell pepper, sliced into strips
1 yellow onion, sliced into strips
3 tablespoons olive oil, divided
2 teaspoons chili powder
2 teaspoons ground cumin
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
8 flour tortillas, warmed
Sour cream and guacamole, for serving
Directions
Combine soy sauce, lime juice, oil, brown sugar, cumin, black pepper, chili powder, and garlic in medium bowl and whisk to combine. Transfer 1/2 cup marinade to a separate vessel and set aside.
