4 cups frozen tater tots
2 large apples, peeled and diced
1/4 cup light brown sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
2 tablespoons butter, melted
Honey Whipped Cream:
1 cup heavy cream
2 tablespoons honey
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions
Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with butter or nonstick cooking spray. Set aside. In a small bowl, mix together the nutmeg, cinnamon, and brown sugar. Set aside. Place the diced apples in the prepared baking dish and sprinkle with the spiced sugar mixture. Top with the frozen tater tots and drizzle with melted butter. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and crisp on top. While the crisp is baking, make the honey whipped cream by combining the heavy cream, honey, and vanilla extract in a medium bowl or stand mixer fitted with a whisk attachment. Beat on high speed.
