Ingredients
1 cup plain Greek yogurt
1/2 cup fresh berries
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 tablespoon hemp hearts
1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup
1/4 cup granola of choice
1 tablespoon nut butter of choice
Directions
In a bowl, combine the nut butter, granola, honey or maple syrup, hemp hearts and chia seeds. Mix until combined. Top with fresh berries of your choice. Add the Greek yogurt on top and mix everything together until it is well blended. Enjoy your Superfood Breakfast Yogurt Bowl!.
