Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease 8 ramekins with butter and place on a baking sheet. Set aside. In a medium bowl, whisk together 2 tablespoons Grand Marnier, 1/3 cup granulated sugar, and 6 egg yolks until light and fluffy. Slowly add in 2 cups heavy cream while whisking constantly until combined. Set aside.
