Ingredients
3-4 lbs pork shoulder, cut into 2-inch cubes
1/2 cup orange juice
1/4 cup lime juice
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tablespoons chili powder
2 teaspoons ground cumin
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
Salt and pepper to taste
Optional: 1 jalapeno, diced
Directions
Cut you pork shoulder in large pieces, very approximately 4-5 inches. Remove excess fat. Season the pork generously on all sides with Kosher salt and refrigerate overnight.
