Ingredients
2 pounds ground beef
1 large onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 cans diced tomatoes
1 can tomato sauce
1 can kidney beans, drained and rinsed
1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
2 tablespoons chili powder
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Combine all of the ingredients except for the sides and toppings in a medium to large slow cooker and mix well. Cover and cook on HIGH for 4 hours or on LOW for 6 hours. Serve with the sides and toppings in bowls on the side.
