Ingredients
2 cups cooked pulled pork
1/2 cup barbecue sauce
1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
1 can diced green chiles
2 cups shredded Mexican cheese blend
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro leaves
2 tablespoons chopped pickled jalapenos
2 tablespoons chopped red onion
Tortilla chips for serving
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F. Spread tortilla chips on a large baking sheet. Sprinkle red onion, jalapenos, cilantro, and cheese over the chips. In a medium bowl, mix together green chiles, black beans, barbecue sauce, and pulled pork until combined. Spread the mixture over the chips and top with remaining cheese. Bake for 15 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly. Remove from oven and top with sour cream and additional cilantro if desired. Serve immediately and enjoy!.
