Ingredients
1 cup butter, softened
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup finely chopped pecans
Directions
Place butter, flour, ½ cup pecans, ½ cup powdered sugar, vanilla, and salt in the bowl of a food processor. Process until smooth. Transfer to a medium bowl and stir in remaining ½ cup pecans and chocolate chips. Refrigerate for 1 hour or until dough becomes firm.
