Ingredients

1 package cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1/4 cup dill pickle relish

1 tablespoon prepared horseradish

2 tablespoons minced onion

2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Add cream cheese, sour cream, and dried minced onion to a large bowl then stir until smooth. Fold in pickles and corned beef then serve with chips, crudite, etc. This dip can be made up to a couple days ahead of time.
