Ingredients

1 cup sushi rice

2 tablespoons rice vinegar

2 tablespoons sugar

1/4 teaspoon salt

1 sheet nori seaweed

1/4 avocado, sliced

1/4 cucumber, julienned

2 tablespoons black sesame seeds

2 tablespoons mayonnaise

1 tablespoon Sriracha sauce

Directions

Combine vinegar with salt and sugar Pour vinegar mixture on warm rice, mix and fan until rice is cooled Take 3 tablespoons of rice and shape into an oblong log. Add seaweed pieces to make panda face.
