Preheat oven to 350 degrees F . Grease a 9x13 inch baking pan.
In a large bowl, mix together the cake mix, melted butter, 1 egg and vanilla extract until blended. Press into the bottom of the prepared pan.
In a medium bowl, beat together the cream cheese and 2 eggs until smooth. Pour over the crust in the pan.
Bake for 40 minutes in the preheated oven, or until top is golden brown and center is set. Allow to cool before cutting into squares to serve. Enjoy!.
