Ingredients
2 cans of tuna, drained
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons Sriracha sauce
1/4 cup diced red onion
1/4 cup diced celery
Salt and pepper to taste
4 slices of your favorite bread
4 slices of cheese
Directions
Butter both sides of the bread slices and place bread on a sheet pan. The tuna mixture makes enough for four regular size open-faced tuna melts.
