Baked Shrimp
Shrimp baked in garlicky lemon butter is a fast, cozy main with a little heat and plenty of parsley-flecked pan sauce.

Ingredients
- 1 1/4 lbs extra large shrimp,
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 Tbsp minced garlic )
- 2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
- Salt and pepper
- 1/8 tsp Red pepper flakes, )
- 2 Tbsp minced fresh parsley
Directions
- Heat your oven to 350 degrees. Arrange the shrimp in a baking dish.
- Melt the butter in a small saucepan set over low heat. Add the garlic and let it cook for 30 seconds. If you prefer, put the butter and garlic in a small microwave-safe dish and melt them together in the microwave. Stir the lemon into the butter mixture.
- Pour the butter mixture over the shrimp. Add salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes, then toss the shrimp to coat and spread them out in an even layer.
- Bake until the shrimp are cooked through, pink and opaque, about 9 – 13 minutes. Scatter the parsley over the top and serve warm, with the sauce spooned over the shrimp.
