Ingredients
1/2 cup cottage cheese
1/2 frozen banana
1/2 cup frozen pineapple chunks
1/2 tsp brown sugar
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
1 Tbsp ground flaxseed
1 cup milk of choice
Directions
Place all of the ingredients into a blender, then blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
