Ingredients
1/2 cup plain yogurt
1/2 cup pineapple chunks with juice
1 inch fresh ginger
1 Tbsp honey
4-5 large ice cubes
Directions
Peel the ginger and then, using a fine cheese grater, grate it straight into the blender . Add the yogurt, pineapple chunks with juice, honey, and ice cubes. Blend until smooth. Enjoy immediately!.
