How to make?
Ingredients
1/2 cup organic miso
2/3 cup extra-virgin olive oil
4 medium cloves of garlic, peeled
2 tablespoons fresh rosemary
2 bunches of cilantro, leaves and stems
16 scallions, trimmed
2- inch segment of ginger, peeled
Directions
Use a food processor or blender to puree all ingredients into a paste. Taste, adjust seasoning, and use.
