Ingredients
2 cups fresh spinach leaves, washed and dried
1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
½ cup feta cheese, crumbled
¼ cup candied pecans
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
1 teaspoon honey
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, balsamic vinegar, and olive oil until combined.
Place the spinach leaves in a large bowl and top with the sliced strawberries, feta cheese, and candied pecans.
Drizzle the vinaigrette over the salad and toss to combine.
