Autumn Fruit and Nut Oatmeal

Ingredients
1/2 cup old fashioned oats
1 cup water
1/4 apple
1/2 tsp cinnamon
2 Tbsp chopped walnuts
2 tsp dried cranberries
1 Tbsp maple/pancake syrup
Directions
Place 1/2 cup oats and 1 cup water in a microwave safe bowl. Microwave for one minute, stir then microwave for another 30 seconds. Stir the cinnamon into the oatmeal and top with the chopped apple, walnuts, cranberries and a drizzle of maple syrup.
