Easy Air Fryer Asian Green Beans
Air fryer green beans tossed with soy, peanut oil and sesame oil turn crisp-tender with savory, nutty flavor in minutes.

Ingredients
- 1 lb green beans, trimmed and cut in half
- 2 T soy sauce
- 3 tsp. peanut oil
- 2 tsp. sesame oil
Directions
- Take the ends off the green beans, then slice the beans in half. An easy way to handle them is to gather a small bunch, stand them upright on the cutting board, trim one end, flip the bunch, trim the other end, and then cut the beans across the middle.
- In a small bowl, whisk the soy sauce with the peanut oil and sesame oil until combined for the cooking sauce.
- Transfer the beans to a bowl and toss them with the sauce, making sure the coating gets all around the beans.
- Move the beans into the Air Fryer basket with a slotted spoon, or with your fingers if that feels easier, and leave any extra sauce behind in the bowl.
- If your Air Fryer is the kind that calls for it, heat it to 400F/200C before cooking.
- Cook the beans for about 10-12 minutes, until they are as tender as you like and just beginning to brown. Since Air Fryers vary, start taking a look after 8 minutes.
