In a medium bowl, mix together the honey, brown sugar, pumpkin pie spice, cinnamon and vanilla until combined.
Add in the pureed pumpkin and stir until fully incorporated.
Place the cream cheese in a separate bowl and beat with an electric mixer until smooth.
Slowly add in the pumpkin mixture to the cream cheese while continuing to beat with the electric mixer until fully combined.
