Ultra-Easy Double-Dill Diet Friendly Tartar Sauce

Ingredients
2/3 cup plain Greek Yogurt or use sour cream if you prefer
1/3 cup mayo
1/2 tsp. dill weed
2 T capers, drained and finely chopped
3 T dill pickle relish without sugar
1/4 tsp. Beau Monde Seasoning or Bon Appetit
Directions
You can whisk this together in a bowl or use the bowl attachment of an Immersion Blender like I did, but don’t over-process if you use the immersion blender. Measure out the Greek yogurt and mayo and whisk together or blend. Add the dried dill weed, chopped capers, dill pickle relish and Beau Monde Seasoning or Bon Appetit if using. Whisk or blend to combine. Mixture should be chunky. Refrigerate for a few hours before using for best flavor. This will keep in the refrigerator for a few weeks.
