Ingredients
1 large peach, peeled and cut into small pieces
1/4 cup blueberries
1 container low-carb vanilla yogurt
Directions
Peel the peach and cut it into small pieces. Make sure blueberries are washed, or wash and pat dry if needed. In 2 small glass parfait dishes or nicely-shaped drinking glasses layer fruit and yogurt, starting and ending with fruit for the most appealing presentation. You could make this ahead and keep in the fridge for an hour or two, but I don’t think it would last longer than that.
