Leftover Tofu, Halloumi, and Tomato Salad

How to make?
Ingredients
2-3 cups salad greens
1 tsp. olive oil, for browning tofu
about 3 oz. slice of leftover Baked Tofu, browned and cut into cubes
1 oz. slice Halloumi cheese, browned and cut into cubes
4 small tomatoes, cut into pieces
1-2 T salad dressing of your choice
Fresh ground black pepper to taste
Directions
Heat olive oil in small non-stick frying pan. Add Baked Tofu, slice and cook until well-browned on both sides. Remove to cutting board and cut into cubes about 1 inch square. Cut tomatoes into bite-sized pieces. Wash salad greens and spin dry, or dry with paper towels. Toss salad with dressing and arrange in salad bowl. Sprinkle tofu cubes, cheese cubes, and tomato pieces over dressing. Season with fresh ground black pepper, and serve.
