1/2 cup popcorn kernels, popped
4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
2 single-serving packets instant miso soup mix
5 sheets seasoned nori snack sheets, crumbled
Kosher salt
Directions
Place popped popcorn in a large mixing bowl and drizzle melted butter all over, tossing to coat evenly. Add instant miso, tossing to coat evenly. Toss in crumbled nori. Season with salt, if needed, and serve. Popcorn can be stored at room temperature in a zipper-lock bag overnight.
