Ingredients
2 slices sandwich bread
1 cup homemade or store-bought vegan refried beans
1 avocado, thinly sliced
A few slivers white onion
Coarse sea salt such as Maldon or fleur de sel
Directions
Toast bread to desired level of doneness. Top with refried beans and avocado . Add slivered onions, sprinkle with salt, and serve.
