Directions
Prepare Classic Sage and Sausage Stuffing through step 3. Preheat a Belgian waffle iron according to manufacturer's instructions and prepare with nonstick cooking spray. Spread 1/5 of stuffing mixture across the surface of the waffle iron. Cook until crisp on both sides, about 10 minutes total. Transfer to a serving platter and serve with hot gravy and maple syrup, or keep hot in a 200 degrees F oven while you cook the remaining batches of stuffing mixture.
