Rhubarb Sidecar Recipe
Brandy and Cognac
Sugar for rimming glasses
3 ounces pear brandy, such as Clear Creek
1 1/2 ounces Rhurbarb Shrub
1/2 ounce Cointreau or other orange liqueur
1 ounce simple syrup
Moisten the rims of 2 cocktail glasses and rim with sugar if desired. Add pear brandy, rhubarb shrub, orange liqueur, and simple syrup to a cocktail shaker and fill with ice. Shake until well chilled, about 20 seconds. Strain into prepared glasses and serve immediately.
