Ingredients
- 1 cups raw almonds
- 5 oz. milk chocolate or dark chocolate, chopped
- Coarse of flaked sea salt
Directions
- Put the chocolate in a medium microwave-safe bowl with enough room to add the almonds later. Heat it at 50% power in 20 second bursts, stirring thoroughly after each one, until the chocolate is fully melted and smooth.
- Add the almonds to the bowl and use a spatula to turn them through the chocolate until they’re coated all over.
- Scoop the mixture by spoonfuls, about 2 Tbsp each, onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, then finish each cluster with a light sprinkle of sea salt.
- Leave the clusters at room temperature until firm, or move them to the refrigerator if you want them to set faster. Store them in an airtight container at room temperature.
