Ingredients
1 lb spaghetti
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/4 cup white wine
1/4 cup vodka
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
3 tablespoons tomato paste
1/4 cup heavy cream
3 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley leaves
Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Directions
Add the water and red wine to a 6-quart stock pot and place it over medium-high heat. Season the liquid generously with kosher salt and cover the pot to bring it to a boil.
