Sparkling Citrus Sangria Mocktail
A bright citrus sangria mocktail with honey, white grape juice, and bubbles for a sunny, make-ahead pitcher drink.

Ingredients
- 1 grapefruit, peeled and cut into chunks
- 2 oranges, peeled and cut into chunks
- 1 blood orange, thinly sliced
- 2 clementines, thinly sliced
- 6 kumquats, thinly sliced and seeded
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons hot water
- 2 cups chilled white grape juice
- 1/2 cup fresh orange juice
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1 bottle non-alcoholic sparkling white wine or sparkling white grape juice, chilled
- 2 cups chilled sparkling water
- Ice
Directions
- Stir the honey and hot water together in a large pitcher until the honey dissolves. Add the grapefruit, oranges, blood orange, clementines, and kumquats, then gently press the fruit a few times with a wooden spoon to release some juice.
- Pour in the white grape juice, orange juice, and lemon juice. Stir well, then refrigerate for at least thirty minutes so the citrus can flavor the pitcher.
- Just before serving, add the non-alcoholic sparkling white wine or sparkling grape juice, sparkling water, and plenty of ice. Stir gently, then spoon some fruit into each glass and pour the sangria over the top.
