Ingredients
- 1 ball pizza dough
- 3/4 cup pizza sauce
- 1.5 cups shredded monterey jack
- 8 oz pineapple pieces, canned
- 3 oz sliced ham
- 1 medium jalapeno
Directions
- Heat your oven to 425 degrees. If your pizza dough has been frozen or refrigerated, let it sit out until it reaches room temperature. Lightly flour your counter, then stretch the dough into a 16 inch round.
- Coat a pizza pan, the perforated kind, with non-stick spray, and add a light dusting of corn meal if you want. Move the stretched dough onto the prepared pan.
- Smooth the pizza sauce across the dough in an even layer, keeping a 1 inch border bare at the edge. Scatter on the cheese, then add the pineapple, diced ham slices, and jalapeno sliced thin.
- Bake in the fully heated 425 degrees oven for 15-20 minutes, until the crust is golden brown and the cheese has melted and is bubbling.
