style: wink and rebecca minkoff (tomorrow!)

December 3rd, 2010

On Saturday, I’m so excited to be a guest stylist for an event for Rebecca Minkoff at Wink in SoHo!  It’s going to be an awesome afternoon with lots of gorgeous clothes, champagne, snacks, and a free gift with any Rebecca Minkoff purchase!  And, of course, me helping you put the perfect holiday outfit together!

But I thought you guys could help me out!  Rebecca’s team sent over a few adorable options for me to wear to the event, and I want you guys to help me pick which one!  I’m totally in love with the grey dress — it’s elegant, super sleek and really comfortable.  On the other hand, although I was a little nervous at first about the red one, it’s pretty stunning, no?  So what do you guys think?

So if you’re in New York tomorrow, come by and see me!  Invite is below, along with more pics of both outfits — hope to see you guys there!

First Outfit: Rebecca Minkoff Natalie dress, gifted Charlotte Russe boots and necklace, J. Crew pearl necklace.  Second Outfit: Rebecca Minkoff Claudia Bustier dress, gifted Charlotte Russe boots, Vince jacket, Alexis Bittar cuff.

The red is stunning indeed, but I say go with the gray. Classic elegance is always a winner in my book!

    Love your site btw 🙂

    Definitely the gray!

Oh, I love them both, but I say wear the red.  Not everyone can rock that dress, but you pull it off perfectly!

Between the two I’d go with the gray.
Too bad you can’t take away those enormous shoulder puffs.

Ooo that’s a toughie. The red is stunning…but I could see it being worn to a holiday party or something similar. I’d go with the grey! Its really elegant 🙂

I love the grey on you and that would be lovely but my husband always says “If you’ve got it then flaunt it” and that being said, I think you should wear the red. It is the holiday season!

It’s supposed to be chilly so I vote gray. Hopefully I can make it and will see you there! (PS just ate my body’s weight in Dishes sushi, why did I think that was an okay idea pre-holiday party!?!)

The grey one! Comfortable is key, especially if you’re going to be working all day at the event.

You look fabulous in both, but I would definitely go with the grey dress (it’s very nicely accessorized, by the way – the necklace and shoes go perfectly with the dress)!

I’d go with red, it’s more festive and not everyone can rock it like you.  You look great in both though.  Is it just me or is your arm missing in the third picture from the botton?

HA!  I know — I had an America’s Next Top Model moment when I saw that picture, total fail!  It was a weird angle — my arm is just resting on the gate behind me, but it’s definitely creepy looking!

I hope you are keeping warm, I heard it’s going to be cold this weekend = )

Definitely the gray dress – it’s very city chic with the shoulders and great jewelry!
