Ingredients
- 3 cups fresh tangerine juice
- 3 Tbsp lemon juice
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 Tbsp corn syrup, optional
Directions
- Set a fine mesh sieve over a large bowl and pour in the tangerine juice. Press the juice through with a rubber spatula, then throw away the pulp left behind.
- Add the lemon juice, sugar, and corn syrup, if using, to the bowl. Stir with a spoon until you no longer feel any sugar at the bottom.
- Churn the mixture in your ice cream maker, following the directions for your machine.
- Eat it right away, or let it firm up in the freezer for a few hours. This sorbet is nicest on the day you make it.
