Thai Sweet Chili Ketchup
A quick ketchup-based dipping sauce with garlic, rice vinegar, sugar, and chili flakes for a tangy, sweet heat.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 2 tablespoons white sugar
- 1 tablespoon dark brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon red chili flakes
- 1 teaspoon freshly minced garlic
Directions
- In a small bowl, whisk the ketchup with the white sugar, brown sugar, vinegar, chili flakes, and garlic until the sauce is combined.
- Serve it right away, or spoon it into an airtight container and refrigerate it for up to a month.
