Ingredients
2 ounces white rum
1 ounce coconut cream
1/2 ounce pineapple juice
1/2 ounce lime juice
2 tablespoons sugar
2 cups crushed ice
1/4 cup diced fresh pineapple
1/4 cup diced mango
2 tablespoons shredded coconut
Directions
In an airtight plastic container, combine pineapple, coconut cream, simple syrup, and 3/4 ounce lime juice, and transfer to freezer until frozen, at least one hour .
