Let's face it: Office-wear for women can be kind of a fashion no-man's-land. I've never been much of a fan of button-downs and pencil skirts, and I think my style is established enough now that that's never going to change. So I'm always looking for styles that are cute, comfortable and timeless.

But one of my tricks is to layer a fun stylish dresses underneath a blazer or cardigan for a work-appropriate look, and this Lilla P dress was the perfect example. It could go totally edgy with these leopard booties, or much more conservative under a camel blazer. And you can't tell from the picture, but this dress is basically the softest cotton you could find -- it literally feels like a nightgown. Lilla P also sent me the top in this post, which I've been wearing almost as much -- so perfect for Spring!
